And with this post, we humbly take our first official step into the world of indie video game development.

Whew!  We made it!

Greetings and welcome to Experimental Gamer Studios!  Here we believe that video games have the power to make us feel, think, and experience things in ways not possible by other non-interactive media.

We decided to call our game company “Experimental Gamer” because we wanted to create games that bring new ideas and experiences to gamers – or in the case of Boot Hill Heroes – put an innovative new spin on a familiar concept.

Our first game project is “Boot Hill Heroes” – a spaghetti western take on the retro SNES RPG genre.

We are launching this site just before we leave for PAX East and hope to post some exciting news about the convention.
